Car maybe, but I had an early 04 Dodge Ram diesel with no factory cat (and no factory muffler)

Oh wow, and the same company too! Was this a 1500, 2500, 3500, 4500? Was it a "light truck" or a "medium duty " truck? And of course that's the same time the Neon SRT4 was out with no muffler either! Daimler lives dangerously!

It was a 2500 4wd, manual trans, Cummins 'triple nickel' 555 ft-lbs, considered a light duty truck. Mid year they released an update, labeled a model year 2004.5 which added a cat and muffler. 03 and early 04 were the only free breather Cummins with the HO motor.
